Electrification

KONE ReSolve X2 is the ultimate high-performance electrification solution for the most demanding applications. It offers a unique combination of intelligence, speed, ride comfort, reliability, safety and energy efficiency.

Group control

At the core of Resolve X2 lies KONE TMS9900 GA technology the call allocation process consists of 4 stages:

1. Passenger flows are recorded, identified and measured for short-term and daily traffic statistics.
2. Artificial intelligence is used to learn the traffic and generate forecasts for each weekday.
3. Based on this knowledge a fuzzy logic module generates detailed models of the prevailing traffic patterns.
4. The measured traffic data and the momentary prevailing traffic patterns, together with actual drive time and stop time data, are then processed by the Genetic Algorithm.

The result is optimised dispatching decisions and landing call allocations in all traffic situations, including the most complex and demanding mixed traffic.

Overlay system

A life saver when modernising....

Pioneered by KONE the MDE-2000 Modernisation Overlay System can be used  during the modernisation phase of larger elevator groups in order to maintain the operation of modernised and unmodernised elevators within a single group.

Only one set of landing pushes is operated by a passenger at a particular floor and this is allocated to either an existing or newly modernised elevator by advanced group control.

Drive and EcoDisc

KONE ReSolve X2 Drive dynamics

KONE ReSolve X2 closed-loop control directly controls the current to the motor for accurate floor levelling , even if current DC gearless machine is retained.  It uses the actual speed and position of the elevator car in the hoistway in conjunction with car speed and location determined by a motor-mounted digital encoder.
