The best thing about working at KONE is the people. I have met some incredible people while working at KONE. I have now moved three times with KONE to new cities and countries. Each time I have made good friends and had supportive colleagues. I don't think with any other company my career would have taken this path.

Also, KONE didn’t restrict me while I was studying for my MBA during the evenings. They supported me in achieving a work-life balance that I need to help me get the education that I wanted.

I have worked as an intern for three different companies. For me, what sets KONE apart is its approachable Executive Board, whose members sit on the same floor as you. There is little hierarchy at KONE, at least at the corporate level. And if you are willing to move and take on opportunities, you will see how the business operates at all levels. Most importantly, you can see it in a global environment.
