The accessories of KONE products are classified into five different categories according to the main benefit which they offer to customers: Safety, Passenger Comfort, Security, Control and Information Services. Even though many of the features are multi-purpose they are presented only in one category, choosing the most logical context. The accessories are either control system features which may not require additional equipment or they are separate devices.
Most accessories of KONE products are built-in features and will be included in the system without ordering. Some accessories are optional and need to be ordered.
