The KONE Escalators & Autowalks Planning Guide InfoPack includes everything you need to plan your escalator or autowalk.
From this page you can download the InfoPack installation files to install it on your hard disk. Although most of the information can be found from kone.com web sites, InfoPack collects all relevant planning documents under one easy to use user interface to allow offline access to all planning tools and documents. It also contains a smart updating functionality to ensure you always have the latest up-to-date information.
Note: InfoPack is available for Windows (XP, Vista, Win 7) and Macintosh platforms.(OS X)
To install InfoPack please download the installation files using the link on the left. Unzip the downloaded file and make sure you have the unzipped UpdateTool_V4.exe and UpdateTool_V4.xml files inside a folder and then double click the UpdateTool_V4.exe file to start the installation process. You need to be connected to the Internet as the installer will download the InfoPack content from the update-server. The downloading time depends on the speed of your internet connection but can easily be 20-40 min,. You will need approx. 300 Mb of free disk space.
The installation process is equal to the clean update process, see the video tutorial on the left to clarify the installation process.
