The building

Many different types of vertical and horizontal traffic flow must be accommodated in a building as complex as a concert hall. Large crowds arrive and depart within short periods of time by car, taxi, bus, subway and on foot. There is the constant flow of curious visitors, restaurant patrons, personnel and services.

The solution

Fifteen KONE elevators, 14 new and four modernized escalators serve the five levels of this exceptional building. Their dependable technology and high-quality design add to the pleasant experience. Particular care was paid to the special needs of a concert hall: vertical transportation flows smoothly, with no disturbing noise or vibration in performance or rehearsal spaces.
