Within the KONE C7 series, there are two design lines ideal for an office lift, Metallic Magic and Silver Sound, within KONE Design Collection.
The KONE C-series also offers two options of customising the lift car interiors to perfectly suit the office building’s interior design style. You can either choose Mix and Match option to design an interior with materials and components from the C-series range, or the Executive option, that allows you to completely customise your lift car interior to co-ordinate with your office space.
If you cannot find precisely the right combination of doors, floors, walls and other components from our packaged design lines, you can choose any components from the range and mix and match them.

KONE is a pioneer in regenerative systems, which can recover 90% of the braking energy back into the network. Over the lifetime of the elevator, the energy savings can be considerable. LED lights last much longer than halogen lights and can be combined with standby lighting and ventilation to further increase energy savings.

These features ensure that the elevator meets the requirements of the EN81-70 standard, “Accessibility for lifts for persons, including persons with disability.” The curtain of light door safety device immediately stops and re-opens closing elevator doors.
KONE E-Link™ is a central management tool designed to provide the optimum reliability and efficiency of the elevators and escalators in a single building or in a building complex such as a shopping centre or airport. KONE E-Link™ traffic displays and reports provide an accurate view of the transportation demand, traffic performance, and availability of elevator capacity – all on one screen. This information helps you ensure that the elevators deliver the best possible performance at all times.

These features increase the security of the elevator passengers and occupants of the building. This includes locking of car calls and landing calls, preventing unauthorized use and access to locked floors.
The safety package includes fire safety, power failure and door opening features. For example, in case of a power failure, the emergency battery drive takes the elevator to the nearest floor and allows passengers to exit.
The KONE destination control system (DCS) increases capacity, reduces passenger waiting times, and adapts quickly to changing traffic conditions. It increases the handling capacity of an elevator group in a high-rise building by 20 to 100% for incoming traffic during peak periods –but this is not at the expense of passenger comfort. On the contrary, car loads are low, and passenger comfort is high, compared to elevator groups using a conventional control system. The KONE DCS system was pioneered by KONE for the demanding traffic needs of office buildings.
Glass has become an increasingly important component in the facades of modern buildings. When combined with glass elevator shafts, architects can provide passengers with a new kind of scenic elevator experience. Whether you are looking for a fully panaramic elevator or a single glazed window in your rear wall, KONE has a wealth of Scenic solutions to satisfy all bugets and applications.
