KONE is embracing the opportunity to actively engage with those who directly or indirectly interact with vertical transportation equipment to enable a deeper understanding of what it is that customers want and value from a lift and escalator organisation.

Through ASK 2011, a qualitative customer interview or survey, KONE is taking the opportunity to either reaffirm customer’s views or challenge them in today’s tough but opportunistic operating environment. By listening to customer’s views and thoughts, KONE can align our offerings and processes towards to provide greater value.

KONE ASK 2011 is centred around discovering how KONE can do better by listening and learning.
