The building

The towers, which are grouped around a central space, have bowed glass and metal façades. Naberezhnaya Towers A and B rise to 20 and 30 floors, while Tower C, rising to 65 floors, is one of the tallest buildings in Europe at 260 metres (850 ft).

The solution

KONE supplied both equipment and a sophisticated people flow solution. Tower A is equipped with a conventional control with up-and-down call buttons. Tower B is divided into two zones, with KONE hybrid destination control with destination operating panels in the lobby and call buttons on other floors. Tower C is divided into three zones; it has a full destination control system integrated with the building security system. Destination operating panels are on every floor.
