Victoria Square Complex comprises of a commerical, residential and leisure development covering approximately 800,000ft2 and is one of most expensive property developments ever undertaken in Northern Ireland.
A key element of the project was two covered , multi level streets linked to a massive glass dome measuring 35m in diameter. A public square covered entirely by the glass dome serves as the hub of the entire area.
