	Eco-efficiency features KONE is a pioneer in regenerative systems, which can recover 90% of the braking energy back into the network. Over the lifetime of the elevator, the energy savings can be considerable. LED lights last much longer than halogen lights and can be combined with standby lighting and ventilation to further increase energy savings.
	Accessibility features These features ensure that the elevator meets the requirements of the EN81-70 standard, “Accessibility for lifts for persons, including persons with disability.” The curtain of light door safety device immediately stops and re-opens closing elevator doors.
	Traffic Boosting features Traffic Boosting features such as the bypass load function, curtain of light and advance door opening enhance elevator and door operation during heavy traffic conditions.
	Security features These features increase the security of the elevator passengers and occupants of the building. This includes locking of car calls and landing calls, preventing unauthorized use and access to locked floors.
