The recently opened Delhi Metro's Airport Express is the country's first corridor from the New Delhi Metro station to Dwaraka sector 21 linking the Indira Gandhi International Airport. The corridor will not only ensure a hassle-free ride for passengers to the Airport but also safe and smooth People Flow™ for the passengers when inside the airport.
KONE Elevator India Private Limited has been associated with all of Delhi Metro projects and the Airport Express project is a testimony for the services provided. Out of the 40 delivered elevators, 20 are full glass enclosure cars and the other 20 have a stainless steel car body. There are 33 KONE MonoSpace® and 6 KONE TranSysTM. These 40 elevators will cater to 6 stations of the metro line and are made to suit customer specific requirements.
