Star Class ships

KONE Marine has delivered its innovative and eco-effi cient elevators to fi ve Star Class ships built by Fincantieri for Finnlines. They are used on Finnlines’ routes connecting Finland to Germany and Sweden to Germany. Finnstar, the fi rst Star Class ship delivered to Finnlines in July 2006, operates on the Helsinki-Travemünde route. Finnmaid and Finnlady were delivered in August 2006 and February 2007, respectively, and are used on same route. Delivered in 2007, Europalink and Nordlink started plying between Malmö, Sweden and Travemünde, Germany. |
