The building

The Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney, formerly the Regent Hotel, has undergone a major refurbishment. There are more than 500 guest rooms and suites.

The solution

All six passenger elevators in the hotel were modernized. Installation is more complicated than in new projects, but KONE provided appropriate solutions, in this case KONE ReSolve Exclusive™ and KONE ReNova™. Energy saving measures are also part of the KONE solution.
