A significant example of this is People Flow Day, organized by KONE on the 27th of October, bringing together end users and over 600 KONE employees at various sites around the world. Through these kinds of actions, KONE gets vital hands-on information to further develop its understanding of end users; it is through this understanding that KONE’s People Flow™ solutions are created.
People Flow Day also marks the celebration of KONE’s 100-year anniversary. For the first 100 years, KONE developed and serviced elevators and escalators. Today’s KONE helps create effective infrastructures and functional complexes for work, leisure and housing – in short, better living environments for us all.
