The building

Many types of vertical and horizontal traffic flow must be accommodated in a building as complex as a concert hall. Large crowds arrive and depart by car, taxi, bus, subway and on foot. There is also a constant flow of curious visitors, restaurant patrons, personnel and services. This building is designed by Frank Gehry.

The solution

Fifteen KONE elevators, 14 new and four modernized escalators serve the five levels of this exceptional building. Their dependable technology and high-quality design add to the pleasant experience. Particular care was paid to the special needs of a concert hall: vertical transportation flows smoothly, with no disturbing noise or vibration in performance or rehearsal spaces.
