Making over 28 000 maintenance visits per day, we lead the field in maintenance of both KONE and non-KONE equipment. This is why so many of the world’s best buildings rely on us to keep their elevators, escalators and automatic doors working.

Beijing, China – Beijing Capital Airport

Beijing Capital Airport’s Terminal 3 is the world’s largest airport building, in one of the worlds’ most sustainable airports.

To ensure safe and smooth People Flow for the 40 million passengers passing through each year, KONE maintains 202 elevators, 17 escalators and 8 autowalks – all of them KONE.

Helsinki, Finland – Stockmann Department Store

Since its construction in 1930 the Stockmann building has been a vital Helsinki landmark.

For over 80 years KONE maintenance has kept Stockmann’s customers moving in safety and elegance, from the first (wooden) escalators in Finland through a major renovation and the latest equipment upgrades in 2010.

Indianapolis, USA – Lucas Oil Stadium

This multi-purpose mega stadium hosts mass events characterized by sudden and extreme flows of crowds – concerts, conventions, and NFL football games. In 2012 it will be home to the Super Bowl and up to 70,000 spectators.

To keep the 28 energy-efficient elevators and escalators in top condition for game days requires a maintenance program as tough as the athletes who compete here.

Amsterdam, Netherlands – Shiphol Amsterdam Airport

Shiphol Amsterdam is Europe’s fourth largest airport, and growing. KONE’s revolutionary InnoTrack™ autowalk system was introduced here for the first time, giving architects a new level of freedom and flexibility in providing for People Flow.

KONE is the key maintenance provider for all Schiphol airports in the Netherlands, including the one in Amsterdam.
