In the third quarter of 2017, KONE launched a new solution for residential developments, KONE Residential Flow. The solution allows for easy sharing of build- ing information and managing access rights from anywhere. It brings new levels of convenience for homeowners and ten- ants by using mobile and cloud technolo- gies to connect building doors, elevators, information channels, and intercom sys- tems via an easy-to-use smartphone appli- cation. KONE Residential Flow is being piloted and is commercially available in a growing number of countries.
