The office building will rise to a height of 300 meters and will have 38 KONE MiniSpace(TM) elevators, some of which will travel at speeds of 7 meters per second. The tower will also have four KONE DoubleDeck elevators and four KONE TravelMaster(TM) esclators. The adjacent commercial podium will have nine KONE elevators and eight KONE TravelMaster escalators to ease the people flow of shoppers. The KONE E-Link traffic monitoring system will help the facility managers ensure a high level of service and quick reaction to changing traffic situations in both buildings.

The Tianjin Noble Winland International Finance Center has been designed by the Tianjin Huahui Architecture Design Institute and the main contractor is the China Railway Construction Engineering Group. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2016.
The Tianjin Binhai New Area is a major economic development zone in northern China which transforms an industrial port into a modern city with commercial zones, residential areas and parks.
The order was booked in the fourth quarter of 2013.
