Stay on Corporate siteKONE has been awarded an order to provide approximately 190 elevators, escalators and autowalks for the new Terminal 3 building in the Beijing Capital Airport.
The airport extension is part of the Beijing’s massive infrastructure development in anticipation of the 2008 Olympics. The total value for the delivery exceeds EUR 10 million.

The first deliveries to Beijing Capital Airport’s Terminal 3 will take place during the summer of 2006, and all installation work is scheduled for completion by the end of October 2007.
