The Ruian Group, one of Hong Kong's largest real estate developers, has selected KONE to provide elevators, escalators and autowalks to Phase II of the RuiHong New City complex in the Hongkau district of Shanghai, China. The complex includes both residential and retail components. The delivery will consist of 30 KONE 3000 MiniSpace™ elevators, 10 KONE ECO3000™ escalators and two heavy duty autowalks.
