KONE's high-rise range includes the MiniSpace™ DX High-Rise, MiniSpace™ Double Deck, MonoSpace® DX Performance elevators, supported and enhanced by innovations like the KONE UltraRope® ultralight hoisting solution and KONE Journey. For construction, KONE JumpLift speeds up on-site logistics by moving workers and materials in the permanent elevator shaft while the building is still being built.

KONE UltraRope® is a carbon-fiber hoisting rope that replaces traditional steel cables. It is a fraction of the weight, maintenance free, and is more resilient to building sway. It enables reliable and eco-efficient elevator travel of up to 1,000 meters.

KONE uses intelligent destination control systems to group passengers by floor and reduce wait times. The KONE Journey platform adds touch-free access, personalization and infotainment to make every elevator trip smoother and more pleasant. Double-deck elevators serve two floors at once to maximize throughput, and connected maintenance monitoring keeps elevators running with minimal downtime.
