This recognition is given to best-in-class service providers for Simon Property Group facilities. Simultaneously, Simon Business Network welcomed KONE into its preferred vendor network, making us the sole maintenance provider for all elevators and escalators in Simon Property Group shopping centers and malls in the U.S. Currently the group owns or has an interest in 248 properties in 36 states.
