A total of 802,414 KONE class B shares have been subscribed for with 2007 option rights. The subscribed shares have been delivered to the subscribers on May 4, 2012. In accordance with KONE Corporation's Board of Directors' resolution, the subscriptions were made using treasury class B shares held by KONE Corporation.
KONE 2007 option rights were listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. as of April 1, 2010. The subscription period for the KONE 2007 option rights expired on April 30, 2012. The 888,000 KONE 2007 option rights held by KONE Capital Oy, a subsidiary of KONE Corporation, and otherwise unused 2,520 option rights have expired upon the expiry of the subscription period.
After the subscription and delivery of the shares, KONE Corporation holds 4,142,439 of its own class B shares on May 4, 2012.
