UK Management Structure 

As of August 2009, KONE in the UK changed its organisational structure to bring us closer to customers and to give us flexibility and agility.

 

KONE maintain the continuity and resources of a national company, and at the same time are able to increase our local understanding and presence to improve our services.

 

Our core business will be divided into three equal regions, headed by Regional Directors to look after our portfolio of products and services. The regions are:

 

London & South East

South & Midlands

North & Scotland

 

Each Regional Director operates a sales and operations management team with short chains of command creating a more efficient experience for customers. This One Stop Shop approach creates effective communication channels so our customers can get to who they need to, the first time.

 

Each region will also have the support of National ‘specialist’ teams so that all our customers both national and regional, continue to benefit from the best knowledge and experience.

 

In addition to the regional teams our National Accounts, Major Projects and Escalators & Infrastructure customers will continue to be looked after by dedicated teams.
