KONE Modular Based Maintenance™ is a systematic preventive maintenance method which increases the efficiency, reliability and safety of your equipment. In order to avoid disturbance to passengers, regular maintenance can be scheduled during off-hours.

Our customer service agents are there to answer your calls 24/7. If a service visit is required, we immediately dispatch technicians to the site with the information they need to fix the problem. If the problem requires specialized expertise, the KONE Customer Care Center™ ensures that a specialist in that area is the first to make a service visit and fix the problem.
