In the U.S.
Persons 1-8 years of service earn 10 paid vacation days each year. Those with 8-13 years of service earn 15 paid vacation days each year. KONE also provides personal and sick days to all employees.
KONE offers 10 holidays per year, including the standard six nationally observed holidays.
In Canada
Persons 1-5 years of service earn 10 paid vacation days each year. Persons 5-10 years of service earn 15 paid vacation days each year. Those with 10-18 years of service earn 20 paid vacation days each year. Persons 18 or more years of service earn 25 days vacation day each year. KONE also provides personal and sick days to all employees.
To help your work/life balance, KONE also offers flexible working schedules. Depending on job position and customer need, you may be able to vary your work schedule within limits established by local management. Work week balancing schedules are available in many business units with prior management approval.
