At KONE, your pay will be strongly influenced by your overall performance and the results you deliver. Cash compensation opportunities include base pay and performance incentives. When you perform at a high level and the business objectives are met, you will have an earnings opportunity that places you among the best-paid employees in the marketplace.

Incentive Program

Your performance incentive is based on how much you and your business unit contribute to the company’s success, and how closely key objectives are met. For most eligible employees, the target incentive represents 15-25 percent of base pay for eligible earnings.
