Cayan Tower

Completed in 2013, Cayan Tower quickly became a distinctive addition to Dubai’s skyline. Twisting a full 90 degrees from its base to its crown, the 75-story residential skyscraper required a vertical transportation solution that could accommodate its unconventional design while supporting the smooth flow of residents and visitors.

Adapted shaft design
Circular elevator shafts were positioned at the center of the building, enabling the elevator solution to suit the tower’s helical design.
