escalator industry, KONE provides elevators, escalators and automatic building doors, as well as
solutions for modernization and maintenance to add value to buildings throughout their life-cycle.
We serve more than 450,000 customers across the globe. The majority of these are maintenance
customers. Key customer groups include builders, building owners, facility managers and developers.
Architects, authorities and consultants are also key parties in the decision-making process regarding
elevators and escalators.
