Ethics and compliance

KONE has operations in over 60 countries and collaborates with authorized distributors and agents in almost 100 countries around the world. As a global corporate citizen, we are fully committed to the laws and regulations of the countries where we operate.

We are a participant of the UN Global Compact and its ten principles on human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. The principles are embedded in our strategy, policies and procedures, such as KONE’s Codes of Conduct and our Competition Compliance Policy, as well as processes related to these.

KONE Code of Conduct

KONE codes of conduct define the standards of ethical conduct and the ethical business practice standards that we expect from our employees, suppliers and distributors.
