Comprising of Legal, Compliance and Risk Management teams, our key purpose is to enable and facilitate the development and sales of KONE products and services by preparing contract templates, negotiating contracts with suppliers and customers, resolving disputes, managing legal risks, partnering with the business and safeguarding KONE's intellectual property rights. We help the business operate within the law by ensuring that key regulatory requirements are met and by providing training on relevant legal topics and best practices.

Global Legal is based at the headquarters in Finland, while most Legal and Compliance professionals are based all around the world, dedicated to supporting the local businesses.
