Reporting a cyber issue

KONE is committed to cybersecurity and delivering safe and secure solutions to our customers. If you discover a potential security vulnerability regarding our solution, please let us know by emailing security@kone.com. You can use our PGP public key to encrypt your email. We investigate all valid reports and contact you for further information if needed.

If possible, please include:

• Names of KONE products and solutions affected
• Software and hardware version, if known
• Description of the issue, including steps how to reproduce the issue
   

Customers and Suppliers

If you are a KONE customer or supplier and encounter a cybersecurity incident that potentially affects you and our cooperation, please inform us by emailing security@kone.com. We take all reports seriously and will work with you to address the issue promptly.

When reporting, please include:

• A detailed description of the incident
• Any immediate actions taken to mitigate the issue
• Relevant logs or evidence, if available
• Contact information for follow-up
   

We also want to hear about potential or suspected cases so that early actions can be taken to mitigate adverse consequences.
