KONE Code of Conduct
The KONE Code of Conduct defines our standards of ethical conduct.
We are fully committed to ethical business practices and to the laws and regulations of the countries where we operate. These commitments are outlined in KONE’s Code of Conduct, our Distributor and Supplier Codes of Conduct, and other related policies. We encourage anyone who suspects a violation of these codes and policies to let us know, so that we can investigate the matter and take any corrective action deemed necessary.
Reports can be submitted on a range of topics, including: fraud, theft, corruption, harassment, discrimination, fraudulent financial reporting, conflicts of interest, human rights, competition law, data protection, environment, safety or trade compliance. We have a strict no-retaliation policy and handle all reports confidentially. If you wish to report such a concern, you can do so in your own language through the KONE Compliance Line, which is an externally hosted, confidential reporting channel.
