Announcement of Change in KONE’s Shareholding in Accordance with the Securities Market Act Chapter 2 Section 9

As the result of share transactions, the share of votes in KONE Corporation controlled by Antti Herlin has decreased to below two thirds.

The Finnish Financial Supervision has granted Antti Herlin a temporary exception to the redemption requirement.
