Meet Youness Elouadi, a tester working at KONE in Morocco, whose work keeps people moving safely every day. From early morning preparations to high-rise maintenance calls, Youness demonstrates the dedication and care that defines field operations. Safety is at the core of everything he does, every day. Ensuring not only his own wellbeing but also the reliability of the elevators for customers’ use.
“The most rewarding part of my day is when there is a technical issue and I manage to resolve it,” Youness says.
