Easy, accessible, always up to date

KONE's customer portal, myKONE, allows you to easily upload and update content – so you can take full control of what is shown on your elevator screens. Messages, images, and announcements can be published quickly and sent directly to elevator screens, with no need for specialist tools or an on-site visit.

myKONE is ideal for everyday building communication that needs to stay fast, simple, and up to date.

KONE Information is a dedicated content management system for creating, scheduling, and publishing richer content across multiple elevator screens. It's available in three service tiers: Light, Standard, and Premium.

KONE Information is ideal for buildings with more demanding communication needs such as hotels, retail properties, and multi-tenant offices.

Both myKONE and KONE Information are compatible with KONE Interact, the car operating panel that enables content to be displayed on the elevator's screen.
