How KONE AddNew works

Two ways to add an elevator to your building

KONE AddNew is an elevator and/or shaft solution that can be installed in almost any building. The size and shape of your stairwell will determine whether your elevator will be installed inside or outside.

Inside your building's stairwell

We can install a small elevator either inside the stairwell with the stairs on either side, in the middle of the staircase, or partly replacing the staircase.
Outside your building exterior wall

We can install a small elevator using a pre-assembled shaft fixed to an exterior wall. Because the shaft is pre-assembled then lifted into place, this can save time and money.

After creating a KONE AddNew package tailored to your needs, we'll plan and coordinate the entire process, while also providing reliable service and support afterwards.
