The KONE Elevator Call API enables elevator calls through applications such as mobile apps, door intercoms, and smart locking systems. It can automatically call an elevator to the correct floor after a visitor signs in, enable remote elevator calls from a mobile application, and provide elevator status information that can be used to enhance the user experience within connected applications.
