KONE finalizes sales of Nordkalk to NK-Holding

Partek Corporation, part of the KONE Group, signed an agreement for the sale of the entire share capital in Partek's subsidiary Nordkalk Corporation to NK-Holding Oy Ab on December 3, 2002. The terms of the contract have been fulfilled, and the transaction was finalized on February 12, 2003.
