The Hong Kong Housing Authority, developer and property manager of nearly all public housing estates in Hong Kong, has awarded KONE Elevator (HK) Ltd. the continuous service contract for 357 elevators and escalators. This agreement increases KONE's number of elevators and escalators under maintenance contract in Hong Kong by 10%. The contract takes effect from 1 June, 2002.
